Martindale Real Estate: A Great Place for Families

Martindale was established in 1983. It is bounded to the north by 80 Avenue N, to the east by Falconridge Boulevard, to the south by 64 Avenue N and to the west by 44 Street E. An LRT station runs through the area, creating great convenience. This up and coming community currently has a population of 14,761 residents living in 3,950 dwellings as of 2014. The community is built almost exclusively of single-family homes, however, they do come in a wide range of prices and styles.

Lastly, there are two K-9 schools, Crossing Park and Blessed John XXIII.
